Damaged Items & Return Policy

We understand that sometimes items can get damaged during shipping. We at [Tablefab.com] are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience, and we want to make the return process for damaged items as easy as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: customers are responsible for the return cost.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What to Do if Your Item Arrives Damaged

  1. Report the Damage Immediately: Please contact us within [30] days of receiving your order to report any damaged items. You can contact us by email at [order@tablefab.com]

  2. Document the Damage: For our records and to expedite the return process, please take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This will help us determine the nature of the damage and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

  3. Return the Damaged Item(s): We will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Carefully repack the damaged item(s) in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your packing slip. Return the package to the address provided on the shipping label.

What to Expect After You Return the Damaged Item(s)

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the damage, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the damaged item(s), including applicable taxes and any original shipping charges.
  • Replacement: If the item is still available, we can send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Store Credit: We can offer you store credit for the full value of the damaged item(s).

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to deny a return request if the damage is deemed to be caused by misuse or improper handling after receipt by the customer.
